About Us

Hey, we're Madison and Delaney—sisters, co-founders, and professional lemonade makers (the metaphorical kind, obviously). Like everyone on this planet, we've both been served our fair share of lemons. Ours just happened to be a serving of chronic health issues—thanks life.

During one particularly delightful year battling chronic illness, there was a very pivotal breakdown moment (complete with ugly crying and everything) where Madison found herself completely distraught about her health & future. At that time her symptoms were completely debilitating. Through her tears, she laughed on the phone with a friend and said "I guess I'm going to have to start making a shit ton of lemonade."

Madison's healing journey began and because of that, she found herself outdoors even more than normal because what's more healing than nature?

As she healed and started to do more of what she loved again—hiking and camping—she found herself in need of more trucker hats (duh).

But quality hats that weren't made from the usual foam and polyester (yes, her health journey turned her into a crunchy freak), ones without random logos or sayings she didn't resonate with, and of course in pretty colors. So naturally, she started sketching her own designs, creating hats she actually wanted to wear.


But here's where Delaney enters the chat. Also fighting her own health battles (because apparently it runs in the family 🙃), Delaney took one look at Madison's vision and said, "I want one too." With her graphic design background, she became the perfect yin to Madison's yang, helping to make the designs come to life.

We got the samples and have been wearing these hats around for a year, getting stopped constantly by people asking where to get them. So here we are—sharing our daily reminders with all of you beautiful lemonade makers out there.
Because here's what we figured out: Everyone's making lemonade from something.

These hats are for the silent warriors choosing to keep going, keep smiling, and keep being the sugar to life's lemons.
